my mom used to fix this one out of the American Heart Association Cookbook
1 1/2 lb fish fillets
1 1/2 cups water
2 TB lemon juice
2 large fresh tomatoes, sliced
1/2 green pepper, minced
2 TB onion, minced
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 TB oil
1/2 tsp basil
freshly ground pepper

Freshen fish several minutes in mixture of water and lemon juice. Place in a greased baking dish, season lightly with pepper, and place tomato sliced, green pepper and onion over fillets. Mix bread crumbs, oil and basil; sprinkle evenly over vegetables.

Bake 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes
